Terms & Conditions — 2gbit Platform

Welcome to 2gbit (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 2gbit is an English-language online gaming information and review platform operated at the domain 2gbit.cam. The Platform provides sports betting guides, live casino information, responsible gambling resources, odds education and related content primarily targeting users in Pakistan.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 2gbit. They govern your access to and use of all content, features and services available on the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Your continued use of 2gbit following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", registering an account or otherwise using any service offered by 2gbit, you affirm that:

• You are of legal age to access gambling-related content and services in your jurisdiction;
• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy;
• You accept sole responsibility for complying with all laws applicable to you, including Pakistani law;
• You understand that 2gbit does not constitute a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan and makes no representations about the legality of gambling in your specific jurisdiction.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete and current registration information, including a valid email address and, where required, a valid Pakistan CNIC or passport number;
• Not be self-excluded from gambling services, whether through 2gbit or any other platform;
• Not be subject to any court order, legal prohibition or regulatory direction that restricts your access to gambling services;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent or close associate of 2gbit or its affiliated Operators where such association creates a conflict of interest;
• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming information is lawful.

2gbit and the Operator reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process and no withdrawals will be processed on accounts that have not completed age verification.

Each User may register one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensuring that your registration details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

2gbit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Use of a shared device to access your account is at your own risk and you should ensure you log out fully after each session, particularly on devices used in public locations such as internet cafés in Lahore, Karachi or other Pakistani cities.

Registration details must be provided in English. Where the system prompts for a name, address or document reference, these must exactly match your identity documents to facilitate smooth KYC processing.

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and age-verification requirements, the Operator is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered accounts. Completion of KYC is a condition of processing withdrawal requests.

Typical documentation required includes:

• Primary ID: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days, matching the registered address (where required by the Operator);

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Currency: Deposits and withdrawals may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Operator supports PKR-denominated transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Payment Methods: Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed at the cashier and may vary by region. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are contextual references to familiar Pakistani payment services only. They do not imply those services endorse, support, are affiliated with, or actively process gambling transactions.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 or as otherwise specified in the cashier at the time of transaction.

2gbit may from time to time display information about bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only, subject to the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements (expressed in PKR), account status and geographic restrictions.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling PKR 125,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and slots may contribute at different rates. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or circumvent bonus terms — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account termination.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or promotional offer may be active per account at any time.
• No Guaranteed Returns: No bonus or promotion on 2gbit constitutes a guaranteed return or profit. All gambling carries inherent risk of loss.

The following general rules govern the placement and settlement of bets and casino wagers on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to available funds in the User's account at the time of placement. Bets will not be accepted if the account balance is insufficient.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once a reference number is issued by the system. Users must verify bet slips carefully before confirming. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds Changes: Live odds on Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football and other events fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that bet.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to, event abandonment, system errors, incorrect odds caused by manifest pricing errors or force majeure events. Voided bets are refunded to the account balance.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per bet or per event may apply, as detailed in the specific game rules or sports betting rules section of the Platform.

For casino games, including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack and slot machines, the specific game rules displayed within each game interface take precedence over these general Terms where any conflict arises.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2gbit and the Operator reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close accounts engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, cheating or use of betting bots or automated software;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including through the use of associated accounts, fictitious deposits or chip dumping;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• Placing bets on events where the User has insider knowledge or a material financial interest in the outcome beyond the bet itself;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or verification requirements;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other Users.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 2gbit and the Operator may, without prior notice: void related bets, confiscate bonus funds, freeze or terminate the account and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

2gbit is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to Users and are encouraged to be used proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR at any time via the account responsible gambling settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. Once reached, further betting activity is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure automatic session reminders or hard session cut-offs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing time elapsed and net win/loss during a session may be configured in account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion via customer support or the responsible gambling section of the account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will prevent all access to gambling services for the selected period.
• No-Chasing-Losses: 2gbit actively discourages any attempt to recover losses by placing larger bets. If you find yourself chasing losses, please activate a limit or request self-exclusion immediately.

You may access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not, without prior written consent from 2gbit:

• Reproduce, republish, transmit, copy, adapt or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website;
• Use the 2gbit name, logo or brand identity in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation or association without explicit authorisation;
• Use any automated tool (scraper, spider, bot or similar) to extract, index or copy Platform content.

Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2gbit and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through the Platform or any Operator accessed via the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from errors, interruptions, delays or failures in the Platform's systems or third-party services;
• Any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on information, guides, odds or reviews published on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 2gbit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by applicable law, 2gbit's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amounts deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2gbit and the Operator reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• You engage in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• You fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request to do so;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 2gbit or the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• A competent authority directs us to do so.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply after account termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as subjecting the Platform or the Operator to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory authority, nor as constituting an admission that gambling services offered via the Platform are lawful in Pakistan.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Users who are resident in Pakistan acknowledge that seeking legal redress in Pakistan for gambling-related disputes may be subject to local legal and procedural constraints.

2gbit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or an email to the registered address on your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
